How silly am I, to operate on military time?
I have no reason to, but I'll tell you what it has done for me.
Deceive.
It has falsely lured me into thinking there are more hours in the day...extra time to embrace.
Alas, living in military time has been a farce. And thus, it has created a deep pit in my heart.
This is not because I've accepted the same amount of time in each day.
It is the tragedy of discovering the equal while to ache.
Perhaps I will go back to "regular" tellings of time.
Twelve hours twice through may break up the pangs.
Although efficient, insufficient nonetheless.
